Refund Policy


All of our brownies, blondies, cookies, cheesecakes and cakes are baked to order, and we do not accept returns. 
Deliveries – Refunds, credit notes, or a replacement order to the same value will be given only in the event that you receive the incorrect product, or if the products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your delivery bakes upon arrival, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Lulabelle Cakes and Bakes will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time. While we take great care to package our products securely for delivery, on rare occasions breakages and damage can occur in transit. This will not warrant a refund.
In the case where the issue of concern isn’t clear from photographs, we will require you to return the product to us for inspection. Subject to our report on the claimed damage, we will provide a refund, credit note, or a replacement order to the same value of the returned product in the event that the product(s) are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. Lulabelle Cakes and Bakes will not be liable for any costs incurred by you in returning your unusable goods to us.
 
Celebration Cakes
Customers who have made full payment, and received a confirmation email from us, are entitled to a full refund on the total payment, for cancellations made 10 days or more in advance of the requested date, and a 50% refund for orders cancelled 7 days before the collection/delivery date. Orders cancelled within 5 days of delivery/collection will not be entitled to a refund, although refunds and credit notes may be given at our discretion.
We hope that you will love your order. However, if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your celebration cake, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us in writing within 24 hours of receipt, by sending an email to info@lulabellecakesandbakes.com including relevant photographic evidence of the issue. Lulabelle Cakes and Bakes will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time. 
We will require you to return the product to us for inspection in the event of a complaint. Subject to our report on the claimed damage, we will provide a refund, credit note, or a replacement order to the same value of the returned product in the event that the product(s) are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. Lulabelle Cakes and Bakes will not take responsibility for any cakes damaged during transport- where the customer has collected the cake from our premises. Once an order has left our premises it is at responsibly of the customer.
Lulabelle Cakes and Bakes will not be liable for any costs incurred by you in returning your unusable goods to us.
Any credits or refunds will be given entirely at our discretion.
